Reimbursement for these meetings is for motel room expense only. Receipts must be submitted for our records.
No food or fuel is reimbursed for these meetings (unless otherwise noted).
Extra benefits may be extended if funding is available.
Allocation of funds is predicated upon consistent receipt of North American Missions
monthly reports as stipulated in the District North American Missions Policy.
Part One - General Benefits
A. Pick any two district meetings each year (Maximum paid will be group rate of headquarters motel).
- Hotel room for Ladies Seminar – Up to 2 nights
- Hotel room for Men’s Seminar – Up to 2 nights
- Hotel room for Fall Minister and Wives Retreat – Up to 2 nights
B. Hotel, automobile allowance of $0.30 per mile round trip, and meals for District NAM Seminar
C. Birthday gifts for all children ages 0-11 (furnished by Sunday School Department)
D. Birthday gifts for all children ages 12-18 (furnished by MO Youth)
E. Birthday or Christmas gifts for pastor and wife
F. Anniversary gifts (furnished by Ladies Ministries)
G. Registration to MO District Ladies Conference for NAM Ladies and their daughters (if daughter's ages 13-18 would like to attend the “EMERGE” sessions) (furnished by Ladies Ministries):

H. Junior Youth Camp Registration - Write "NAM Family" on the top corner of your registration form before mailing in to the address listed (furnished in agreement with Sunday School and North American Missions).
I. Teen/Senior Camp Registration - Write "NAM Family" on the top corner of your registration form before mailing in to the address listed (furnished in agreement with MO Youth and North American Missions)
Part Two - Financial Assistance
The church must be affiliated with the UPCI in order to receive the following benefits
A. Revival speaker expenses up to $750 annually
B. Up to $1,000 for housing subsidy while on North American Missions status (one time)
- Check to be made payable to property owner or payee.
- This may include moving expense.
C. Up to $1,000 facility subsidy while on North American Missions status (one time)
- Check to be made payable to property owner or payee
D. Up to $500 toward legal fees to incorporate the church (payable to the law firm)
E. Up to $350 for website startup (hosting may also be covered if funds are available).
F. Up to $1,000 for a Children's Ministry Revival for up to four NAM churches per year (sponsored by MO District
Children's Ministries Department).
G. You can also seek up to $50,000 of assistance through a UPCI-endorsed ministry called Impact Community. Make sure you contact them early in your process. Find out more information by clicking HERE.
Part Three - Mission Possible Loan Fund
The Mission Possible Loan Fund is a Missouri District Ministry that allows District Churches to apply to a Loan Fund Committee and seek approval for loans to purchase, renovate, and/or construct various aspects of UPCI churches. Loans are offered per policy and as funds are available.
A. Church must be affiliated.
B. Policy procedure must be followed.
C. An appropriate attachment or lien shall be used to secure the Districts’ investment.
